Controller and contact

KKN Beteiligungs GmbH, Boxhagener Straße 75, 10245 Berlin, Germany, represented by managing director Nguyen Tien Dung, is responsible for processing personal data when you visit this website or make an initial enquiry. Contact: d@clippinghub.de. Berlin Love Vietnam Company Limited (BLV) supports KKN with technical and administrative operations on KKN's instructions. Full company details are available in the legal notice. The company providing any subsequent commissioned services is identified in the proposal before you place an order.

Website delivery and technical logs

The hosting infrastructure processes technical connection data to deliver the website and support its operation. Access logs can contain an IP address, date and time, requested address including query parameters, HTTP status, response size, referrer and browser information. Both the front-end web server and the application container create logs.

The hosting account is operated by BLV with 123HOST. No fixed deletion period for every log copy is stated here: front-end rotation does not also limit container logs or provider backups.

This processing delivers the website, supports security and helps identify technical faults or abusive access. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is operating a secure and reliable website.

Cookies and browser storage

The website does not embed analytics, advertising trackers or the Calendly booking interface. The language selection is represented in the page URL and current page state; the budget remains in current page state. After you request and complete verification for the bonus library, a 30-day access cookie stores a random token so you can reopen the requested resources. The cookie is not used for advertising or tracking across websites. Bonus worksheet inputs remain in the current browser tab and are not sent to our server. External websites apply their own practices when you visit them.

Enquiry form, email and clipboard

When you submit the homepage enquiry form, your name, brand, email address, message, language and chosen planning budget are transmitted to our web server and sent through BLV’s Google Workspace service to its existing enquiry mailbox. The service sends no automatic reply to your address and creates no newsletter subscription. The form service stores no message contents or raw contact or connection addresses in its database or access logs. It keeps cryptographic identifiers, a content verification value, delivery status and timestamps to limit misuse and duplicate sending. These records expire after 24 hours and are removed by hourly cleanup, within 25 hours. This does not describe retention of mailbox or provider copies. The email alternative opens your email app. The copy option writes the prepared enquiry to your device clipboard at your request; device or account settings may synchronise clipboard content.

When you email us, we use your contact details, message and any documents you include to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal you have requested. Messages to d@clippinghub.de pass through Namecheap's forwarding service to a Google Workspace mailbox held by BLV. BLV holds both service accounts. Administrative handling is carried out by BLV's designated contact in Vietnam. Please do not include sensitive personal data or confidential third-party documents in an initial enquiry.

For steps you request toward a contract with you as an individual, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. If you represent a company or make another business enquiry, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You choose what information to provide. Without a way to contact you and sufficient information, we may be unable to answer your enquiry.

Free bonus library and email verification

If you request the free kits, we process your email address, chosen audience and language, any optional newsletter choice, and technical information needed to limit misuse. We send an automated four-digit verification code. The code is stored only as a cryptographic verification value, expires after 10 minutes and can be used once. The request record is removed when verification succeeds; expired requests are removed by an hourly cleanup, no later than 70 minutes after the request. Verification emails are sent through Google Workspace using the account held by BLV. The operators and website hosting described above handle the verification service.

Rate limits use cryptographic identifiers derived from the email address and connection address; these identifiers are removed within 25 hours. The access-session record contains a token verification value and expiry, not your email address, and is removed within one hour after its 30-day expiry. The verification API does not record email addresses, codes, tokens or message bodies in access logs. These retention periods describe this service database, not copies held in email accounts or by hosting and delivery providers.

Optional newsletter

Kit access does not require newsletter consent. Only if you select the optional checkbox and then confirm the email code do we register your address for the chosen audience segment (brands, agencies or creators). We record the address, language, segment, consent wording version and confirmation time. Newsletter processing is based on your consent. The confirmation email includes an unsubscribe link, which also appears in any future newsletter. Unsubscribing does not remove your kit access. You can also contact d@clippinghub.de to withdraw consent.

Without a fresh explicit confirmation, newsletter records expire after 12 months and are deleted by the next hourly cleanup. Withdrawal immediately removes the subscriber record; a one-way address verification value and the withdrawal timestamp are retained for 90 days to document the withdrawal. We do not sell these signup details.

External booking and portfolio links

The meeting link opens Calendly as an external service, using BLV’s account. A normal visit to this page does not open Calendly or transmit form fields to it. If you follow that link, Calendly processes your visit and any information you enter under its own privacy information. You can contact us by email instead. Portfolio and social links likewise lead to separate websites.

We use the information you provide when booking to arrange and conduct the conversation you requested. The legal bases explained under enquiries apply to this processing.

Your rights

Where the GDPR applies and its conditions are met, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis. You may complain to a supervisory authority, particularly in the EU member state of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement.
